IT supports the operating run of the IT services and supports to optimize the existing IT Setup of hard- and software.
Sicherstellung transparenter Kommunikation, KPI‑Nachverfolgung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung der IT‑Servicequalität. Unterstützung der IT‑Leitung bei der Entwicklung von IT‑Strategie, Roadmap und Budget. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher) in einem relevanten Bereich und mindestens 7 Jahre IT‑Erfahrung, davon 2+ Jahre in Programm‑ oder Service‑Management.
